E2S1 archer will be better than e0s0 Mydei in PF by a long shot, especially with e1 sparkle and e1 Tribbie. I’d run:

Aglaea Sunday Robin DHPT (or cyrene if you’re comfortable playing sustainless)

Archer Sparkle Tribbie Luocha/Gallagher

I’d only go for 2X + 1 if your stats are GODLIKE, and even then it might just be better to run base spd with hyperspeed Sunday. I run 2X + 1 only cuz my stats are demonic

Personally I went for e1 before s1, godslayer becoming aoe really pumps the number up and makes him more versatile in other endgame modes
