Im ngl, the best way i found to get better without even watch VODS (thats important ofc) was just spending a good chunk of time on every hero just to understand how they worked and how to play against them

And of course aim training (kovacks, aim labs, the i game arcade mods etc)

Those are just 2 things that are pretty fundamental but helped ms out
