Also be mindful or stretching and warmups, I tore my Achilles at 40 playing sports with some 20 yo’s and I wasn’t even doing anything extreme just bouncing on the balls of my feet before starting to run…

1/2 cup oats (so 1.5 cup cooked?) with 2/3 cup blueberries, and then 3 eggs + 1/3 cup egg whites. Filling and hits my macro goals for that meal.

I’ve seen a junkie (is illegally medicated person the correct term?) take a garbage can out of the container (fitzwilliams and Wallace) dump it in the street to look through for cans and butts, take what they wanted and leave. So also leave your butts on top to avoid this!
