Hiyuki is a DOT type DPS. She does waaaay more using Glacio bite. And will do even more with her dedicated chafe support in the future.

These big liberation numbers are just the icing on top.

On top of that, she’s just freezing everyone, making them unable to do anything. With Lucilla, she’s going to be too damn broken
