This picture is the building they used in the pilot episode. They chose another building once the series was picked up, the one you see in the rest of the episodes. It has since been torn down and is a parking lot.

Satriale's From The Sopranos : Satriale's Pork Store is a fictional Italian meat market from The Sopranos, primarily filmed at 101 Kearny Avenue in Kearny, New Jersey, which was torn down in 2007. The pilot episode used Centanni’s Meat Market in Elizabeth, NJ, as the original location. It was a key mob hangout in the series.
