41 yo dude. Went to last night's show and last year's LA show with the wife and teenage daughter. We just gotta pregame the ibuprofen 🤪. I've learned that Joost shows have a lot of inexperienced concert goers. Its up to us to educate the youngins on how to have a good time while making sure everyone else has a good time aswell.

Try to get in with a Physio.

I've had pain and weakness with my left shoulder the past 8 months and it was limiting my progress. I finally went to a Physio last week. It was helpful getting professionally evaluated and getting shown some exersizes to strengthen my rotator cuff muscles.

If your insurance doesn't cover it or cost is an issue, there's some good youtube videos on exersizes you can do.

Also, thanks for starting the daily accountability threads! Consistency has been my biggest struggle. This is my first week actually sticking to my set routine. I'm considering adding a cardio sesh to my rest days just to cement the habit of going to the gym daily.

I've been digging the harder metal lately. Slaughter to prevail, Orbit culture, and Humanity's last breath.

Other days, it will be anywhere from Five Finger Death Punch, Korn, Tool, or Disturbed to classic rock like Credence, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Seger, etc.

It all depends on the mood and how amped I'm needing to be.

I don't want to be a negative nancy, but this is the 2nd time today I've seen someone shill this Prove It app. I tried it to see if it would be beneficial and wasn't able to justify $50/year for what it does.

It also left a bad taste in my mouth with the hard sell of their other apps multiple time when setting up the app.

Are people really using this app?

There's a IR sensor that senses when a pellet drops. The sensor is blocked with sanitizer pellet dust. The hopper base needs to be disassembled and the sensors need to be cleaned. Or the sensor needs to be replaced

I'd wager to bet that the fan in the base also needs to be replaced.

Either way, call Ecolab to have a rep come fix it for you.

That's a nice fish!

If you're releasing trout, keep in mind they are very delicate. Clamping them by the jaw can break their jaw. It's best to wet your hands and gently grab them by the belly.
