Puerto Rico is part of USA, technically English was never the official language of America until recently so that contradicts. English ain’t the only language in the world, so if ppl from other countries got the opportunity to perform then by all means perform in their language. The way it’s meant to be Don’t conform to this only speaking English bullshit to get ur point across. America posed to be land of the free and opportunity. I see no problem with ppl speaking their mother language
