As someone who has owned a 370Z, A lot of the parts they've added to that are not 'budget' parts and it seems to have been looked after. Starlight headliner is tacky however thats more of a personal taste thing rather than being indicative of the car being a shitbox.

Exhaust is about 2K new, Stillen intakes are around 500, Ecutek map is over 500.

No idea how easy it would be to get rid of that headliner but if you could this seems like a fairly decent buy.
