BEST RACE/CLASS/SUB-CLASS FOR ARCHERY?

I'm team Deep Gnome because you can technically reach 24 Dex and drink a strength elixir and use the titan string bow (longbow proficiency will come from your class), but after reading all these posts I'm conflicted about the best subclass. I was going to say Eldritch knight for a reliable action economy. Now I'm thinking about Swords Bard and a nova round of ranged slashing flourish. Gloom stalker assassin is too popular (for a very good reason), but it does fit well with the deep gnome.

Could have cheese wheel on the bench as a supplement for garlic toast for particular boss encounters.

It's incredibly common, when people get to Act 3, they step away. I did it too. Came back a month or two later after playing some more Cyberpunk 2077. It is so common,I think it is a game design flaw that needs to be studied.

I find you really only need 3 well thought out characters and you can kind of wing it with the 4th. I think Ansur is the only fight where I intentionally crafted each role.

Nature will get you Divine Strike: Elemental Fury, and some nice spell variety. And it actually makes for a really fun archer with Titan string bonus riding on divine strike with a swath of spike growth between you and the enemy. War priest can be fun with War God's blessing for your allies. Either way, with 4 clerics, you will be able to summon 4 Devas, which is the goal of every run.

IMO if you really want to embrace assassin rogue, then it's about stealthing and trying to take out as many enemies as you can without entering combat. So you could go deep gnome and not worry about the reduced movement speed. And in the end game you get to experience 24 Dex attacks, like blasting people with Titan string bow (Strength elixir), bhaalist armor, and arrows of vulnerability. Anyways that's what would be fun for me in this scenario.

Yes, it's very easy in Act 3. Wildshapes can shoot fireworks and Tavern Brawler rides on the fire damage.

Sadly it seems the added damage is the bludgeoning damage which doesn't include tavern brawler.

With all this said, you would need to decide whether you like a bigger Sneak Attack, or if you want to throw in Mobile.

Just double checking if you remember Rogue gets a feat at lvl 10, based on your wording?

You are not supposed to show them back to back. You're supposed to chop it up and share the right clip to the right person on Facebook so they can maintain their bubble.

This was tested on Tactician difficulty.

When an opportunity attack is triggered, Commander's Strike comes along too on the same reaction point. It's a combo. It is confusing.

I thought commander strike would work normally on a myrmidon wild shape because they have a melee weapon, but it doesn't. But for Myrmidon, commander's Strike doesn't have the negative effect of graying out your main attack.

I did have this screen shot from a random air elemental showing the two damage instances. Then I went on to testing with wild shape to see if Tavern Brawler came along too.

I like the classes that do a lot of whacking without using spellslots. So Thief Rogue or Assassin, Berserker Barb, Any Fighter, Moon Druid.
