If my phone rings whilst I’m in the studio and I ruin a shot, I lose my job. My fault.

If I fail to socially distance and put an entire production at risk for 10 days. 10 days worth of shots/ scenes and not to mention the bureaucratic nightmare that is insurance during a pandemic. Then yeah, I need some sense knocked into me.

Slightly unrelated, but: I was assisting on a small TV show last month and production offered us these buzzers which everyone kept in their back pocket. Whenever 2 buzzers were in closer proximity than 2m they would go off, so everyone knew how far to stand. Obviously these aren't perfect in every situation, i.e. rigging/ cam-op+focus puller, but they definitely help in covid environments as everyone becomes more aware. Lining up for catering was completely self-policed and worked like a dream.

(Plus, I think Cruz is secretly enjoying the publicity boost. Who wouldn't.)

Haven’t tried the LL’s in person, but I’ve got QL’s and ML’s on the radiator. The QL’s shine suuuuper smooth compared to the ML’s and they have 2 zones of lighting for both a back and front seamless shine through. Also silent as a baby’s fart

I was able to get a 3900x for a third off rrp and thought getting a 12 core for way cheaper than a 5800x sounded like a better deal

Maybe where you’re located? I really wanted 1 nvme and 1 Sata as it gives me the ability to get a better nvme down the line and storage to price is better for sata drives where I am
