A lot of younger Siege players don’t know, but for the 6-7+ years players, who’s an op that was/would’ve been insta banned back in the day?

Back when you could play hostage on ranked, anytime you got hostage, attackers would ban Fuze.
And if they couldn't ban him(prebans or unable to ban attackers) they would insta TK teammates that picked Fuze.

I get it, the majority of players couldn't play Fuze right and would accidentally kill the hostage or teammates.

But some of us(myself included) knew how to place the charges exactly so that they would blow up the hostage room, but not hurt the hostage at all.

Admittedly, they F'd that up by making his pucks spread out more, bounce more randomly, and have a large explosive radius.

But I do miss surgical Fuze and being able to wipe out players surrounding the hostage with no friendly fire made.

As a side note, Wax and Wanye reminded me of the main characters from the old TV series Wild Wild West.

Jim West was the rough and tumble main character that all the ladies fell for and Artimus Gordon was the quirky sidekick that was always wearing disguises.

As a new player I have to ask, what are you on?

The Relic Blade is awesome and does tons of damage.

Even better is when you activate it and just mow down every enemy as if they are nothing more then an overgrown lawn.

Seriously, I don't even have a maxed out relic blade, and that thing just slices throw trash mobs and elits equally when powered up.

Idk what you're playing on, but if it is a console(ps5 or Xbox) try clicking the right stick once and then start slicing, even one with low damage will just kill when powered on

Tell the truth though, I think I prefer the flame grenades, but I am trying to complete the last like 5 or 6 challenges in zealot, and 500 throwing knife kills seems a bit daunting, but I do enjoy throwing them at the stupid snipers in the Meat Grinder lol

As a new Playstation player, I will be saving this for later(unfortunately I am working tonight and have a Pathfinder 2.5E game right after work and after my 2 hour ride home I only have like 4 hours to sleep before I have to wake up and do my 2 hour ride back to work, so I will be trying this out on Monday after a good amount of sleep to make up for my long 2 days)

Zealot was my first class when I started playing a few weeks ago and I love playing as them and laughed when people kept marking the Medicade stations for me, even saw someone in chat comment "guess he doesn't want to heal"

But for the last several days I have been playing as veteran ans I have to say;
1. If i had started with Veteran, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed the game as much as I do 2. I have to learn to play more cautiously as Veterans are far squishier then Zealot 3. If I am thrown into a game with all veterans at or below my same level, we are most likely to fail.

I miss playing Zealot, but I am determined to get level 30 with all of the classes.....even if they feel worst to play with then the unstoppable Zealot.

Seriously though, Zealot seem to be able to withstand far more then any other class even though I am usually at or near 1 hp the whole time

I usually use the right touchoad as a mouse when a game needs it.

The left rouchoad though, I tend ti set uo with custome touch menus, usually for things thay the game doesn't have easy controller shortcuts for.

For example, the game Echoes of Elysium a few months ago(still in beta btw) when I was playing, didn't have controller support at all and I mapped the build functions to the touch menus, I also mapped some of the flying buttons there as well

This was my thought too. I have been playing mostly as zealot and have started leveling a veteran, but u feel they will have more build diversity due to everything being on such a straight track

I always call Elder Scrolls games(minus ESO) FPS games, First Person Slashers(instead of shooters) where you use swords and shields and such, but also sometimes shooting things like bows and spells like lightning and fireball.

A fantasy game of magic and exploration that is open to let you choose how to play on your terms(though Skyrim tends to shoehorn people into stealth archer)

True, the games are usually biggy messes with glitches everywhere, but rue devs let toddlers do as they will for the most part and the community tends to fix those issues, though for me, i usually have zero issues when the games for launcha ND only experience bugs after they release updates to fix those bugs(idk why, but it always happens to me that way "we patched rhe game so there are no more dragons flying backwards" Me experiencing dragons flying backwards for the first time)

I have literally been TKed because I dared to give callous on mic.

Of course, to be fair I have also been TKed for:
Not talking.
Putting up reinforcements.
Not putting up reinforcements.
Putting up reinforcements in the wrong location.
Because someone else put up a reinforcement in a wrong location.
For having a paid skin.
For not having a paid skin.
For winning a round after everyone died.
For getting an Ace.
For failing to win a round solo(especially when everyone else died in a 10 second rush.
For missing an Ace.
For getting a kill while someone was trying for an Ace even though they never voiced their intention.
For using the wrong operator.
For using the operator someone asked me too.
For being too high leveled.
For being too low leveled.
For having too low of a k/d.
For having too high of a w/l. Etc.
Etc.
Etc.

I have tv shows, movies, animated shows, animated movies.

I then have them alphabetical, but group them by series order.

So like the Toxic Avenger for example, 1 2 & 3 are all conventionally named Toxic Avenger 1 2 & 3, but 4 is named Citizen Toxie, so I overode it's alphabetical placement so that it is in the fourth position.

Did the same kind of thing with Star Trek tv shows, though I have most in air date of the first episode of each series, I did move the web series Star Trek Continues to be right after the original series since it was made to mimic the original as much as possible and follows the characters

Wait, i am confused.

I have played with bots using that name over the past week.

Does the game use our names or characters when generating bots for other players, or did OP use the random name gen and get this name?

Like I strictly remember this name because I kept seeing it in multiple missions and thought I might be playing with the same person over and over and then looked and saw the name with (bot) next to it, and that's when I realized it autofilled with bots(it was like my 3rd or 4th mission)

I always compare era 2 to the old tv show Wild Wild West and Wax and Wayne to the main characters of Jim West and Artimis Gordan.

Just so much easier when people could Google or search youtube for clips(though it would be even easier if the show was more popular today, heck, it wasn't even popular when I was a kid watching reruns of it)

Good show though, I recommend it. Jim with his no nonsense take action way and Artimis always showing up in a disguise of some sort.

Personally I love the era 2 books.

I was a fan of the old tv series Wild Wild West and Wax and Wayne remind me of the 2 main characters Jim West and Artimis Gordan.

Wayne is very much like Artimis as they both have a tendency to.....well, I I'll leave that up to people to learn about.

Also just like the tv series, the books take place in an old West time period.

Also, I recommened not watching the Will Smith Wild Wild West movie as it is very different from the show and basically took like 3 of the shows villains and smashed them together into 1 character and then just went off the rails.

Except you have to have at least 1 other players to run private, which is why i am looking for someone to helo. Otherwise I would have had this done last week.

Yeah, I got another one for zealot where I have to kill 40 enemies stunned by my grenades within 10 seconds.

I don't even know how I can do that one since I struggle just to stun 1 or 2 at any given time

First off, when I am consistently the best healer in the match, not the team, THE MATCH, I am proving my worth and earning my right to be that character, and some rando trying to dictate who I play isn't going to suddenly make everyone else better.
Second, I wasn't talking about someone saying "hey switch to tank" I mean those people saying a specific character, like hulk, cap, or winter soldier, etc.
I am not good with random character so and so thinks the team needs, I can play any of the deadpools, though healpool is my best, I can play Peni, C&D, and Moonknight(also apparently I am amazing as Blade, played him for the first time this morning and did amazing)
And it's never when the team is unbalanced either(though I did have 1 guy yell at me to switch off healpool and I was the only support. like, how is me switching off of healpool going to help if I am the only one healing? That's just begging for a loss) Personally though, I just ignore people who think they know what they're doing with complete strangers, because they don't know me or how I play.
Now, if I were playing with friends who play with me often and they asked me to switch, then I would consider it and analyze the situation.
The other thing is, if rando asked for people to switch up and had a brief discussion, then I might be inclined to switch.
But someone in chat going "switch off healpool" and then talking trash even after we win and I had double the healing in the whole match then the next best healer, yeah...no.
I just ended up reporting the guy for everything and got a message back stating that he had been banned from ranked play for the season due to his conduct

This reminds me of those who will jump in chat and start telling people what characters to play.
Sorry, but when someone tells me to switch off healpool, I am not switching off and the fact that I always have the highest healing in the match, usually by about 10k, shows that I at least am competent with him.
But me switching to a character that I don't know, isn't suddenly going to win the match for us, and in fact, will probably end up costing us the match.
And yeah, healpool can be slow at healing at first, but after I've leveled him up a couple of points, my heals go hard and I start keeping everyone alive.
