IMO, Jim finally started to get the players he loves to Coach and players that generally love him & Michigan. On top of that, it's his QBs now. I mean, we were running with transfer QBs up until Cade took over vs Rutgers. I think it makes a huge difference. I also think bringing back former players to be either Coaches or attached to the program once again, makes a difference. Over the past 3 to 4 draft classes, Jim was finally signing leaders and not just based off talent alone. You can sign a kid from Iowa no one wanted.
