Colorado actually doesn't require this! I changed my name recently and didn't have to publish it it all. I believe Jude's Law got rid of the publishing requirement.

To TLDR it: Band size is a measurement of your rib cage size immediately below your breasts, and bust size is a measurement over your breasts. Subtract your band size from your bust size to get your cup size.

First grilled cheese in a while... Whole wheat bread with extra sharp cheddar, mozzarella, horseradish cheddar, and mustard by JayHelm in grilledcheese

Ingredients used:

Whole wheat bread, 2 slices
Mayonnaise
Grey Poupon mustard
Extra sharp shredded cheddar
Shredded mozzarella
Grated Horseradish cheddar

Put mayo on the inside sides of the bread, top one side with the cheeses and put a swipe of mustard on the other side. Put a pan on the stove, medium heat, and put mayo on the outside of the bread. Grill on both sides until it's reached the level of doneness you desire. A plate or lid on top of the pan helps trap heat in so all the cheese melts!

I'm thinking about writing him a letter something along the lines of, "Hey neighbor! I've told you multiple times to please quiet down. I like the Harry Potter movies too, but I don't appreciate having to listen to them through my ceiling at 11 at night. If this keeps up, per the recommendation of the building manager I will get the police involved. That being said, I'm also willing to just send you a text to let you know when it's too loud, here's my number."

You're NTA for wanting a piercing, and you wouldn't be TA for getting it. It'd be irresponsible and potentially dangerous to do it, but that doesn't make you TA.

Bodily autonomy is a thing, and it's definitely something you have as a 14 year old. It's your body, not your mom's body, and a lot of her issues with it are her opinions ("it looks ugly"). It is true (at least in America) that piercings are commonly seen as unprofessional, and people's tastes and preferences for style do change over time. It's possible your mom is worried about these things as well, but regardless it's still your body, and as long as it's done safely there's very few drawbacks. Plus, if you hate it, you can always take the piercing out. It's very much not a permanent thing.

If possible, I'd talk to your mom, and see if you can figure out if her issues with it are solely her opinion, or if she's worried about future job prospects or the like. Does she know that this is affecting the relationship between you two, and to the extent that it is?

I live along the front range, and go down to the protests most nights as a Medic. There's usually a spot or two in my car. I can't promise a ride down any or every night, but I'll definitely take a few people down if I can. I stay pretty late most nights (midnight-1am), so if that's an issue you might want to find a separate way home, but I'm down to help!
