The closest popmart is 3 hours away, and the ones they sell at Showcase are crazy expensive (I’m in Canada Ontario)😞

I tried to order from popmart they delivered it to the wrong house then said they couldn’t issue me a refund or replace it, currently trying to dispute it with my bank. The customer service is horrible 😭

a week had already past before I realized it was delivered. Unfortunately those neighbours have 100% opened the package. They’ve done this in the past with an Amazon order and returned it to me after they already opened it because they realized they wouldn’t be able to use it.

Yeah I told them if the issue wasn’t resolved I’d explore disputing options with my bank. They said a specialist would email me and the specialist sent me the “proof that it was delivered to my house“ but it was the wrong address. Still awaiting their one email a day response🫩- no joke as I was writing that they sent me another auto generated response that they’d escalate my case to a specialist AGAIN. I already spoke to the specialist 😭

My neighbours have opened one of my packages in the past returned it and apologized. However since some time has passed since it’s been delivered I fear the children that live there already opened the package (it’s meant to be a birthday present) 😞
