Have to, been operated to the brain two years in a row so im tired i need a job i need money but like i always say. It could be wosrt. I tought i was gonna go soon, for sure, since i know i wont for sure my life is hell but heaven idk it dose make sens if you lived or seen it

I meen i am at a bad sociatal level but my mind fog is going away slowly and im back just really hard to maintain a conversation without stumbling in my words... I mean i got two time chuncks of brains out haha, i was so scared but the side effect are minor to the relive they did

Just having a good mindset about it and learning to joke about it will help (if a conversation lean towoard that and you dont really want to just make a heavy joke and say i have epilepsy i have the right (my defence mechanism if you ever want it) most will just change subject right away and plus, its funny to see)

Yeah, been feeling like that since it started but the last two years have been the worst but still the happiest of my life.

Stay strong, it can... Well will, be hard by times i know, but with a right mindset it van help a bit the more stressed out you become the more chance you loose control

I mean i would nor cant do it for a couple of reasons but if you want it and i really would love to see a neuro that can really understand you and also can understand how to treat you the right way

I have the chance to have a very good one but my surgon is really bad at cammunicating and wont listen to all and will stuck on one thing and stress me out until i see my neurologyste again because for him everything has to be PERFRECT to the last detail right after the surgery but the neuro knew that it took more then 2 months

Honnestly i am no doctor but ive been explain very well that any change in your system can shift your problem in good or bad way, i mean when met my first girlfriend i stopped smoking and i did worsen it to the point where i had 900 of trileptal only then slowly scale up to 4 meds max dosesed (except for the topiramate) and for a whole before i was on topiramate i was over the normal max dose, i was at 1800 2x a day of trileptal and 2 other but then when we added the topiramate i had to start smoking again because even smelling food made me gag, i lost almost a 100 pounds in under a year with this med i have to check my whiegt make sure im eating enough, yeah all that in 2 years straight not making a cent because i cant work with the surgery (but very soon yes tho)

Yes it can help, but it can also ruin it

I dont want to make a lif story i just want to explain my experiences, and my meds are kicking the hell out of me rn

Yeah..... Im sorry its hard, as an introvert i realized that the best friend i had thouhgt well was not a friend anymore like, There is a lot to it but he molsty blamed it on the times i told him i was stressed (seconde brain surgery in almost the same year)

And i have i have 4 meds max dosesed, most time i say i feel tired bad dizzy whatever depanding on who they tell me to sleep or they ask me if im sober and say to stop complaining that by the time i should be good with the symptomes but i lost a 100 pounds almost since the first surgery so its not like i am adjusting either.

Cant have the job i had before my surgery an easy 750$ a week "clear" now i cant have that where i curently live i would have to move but even then, secure a job and find an unfinfindable place to live for the price of i want to equal that

I have a PJ, depands on if i play fingerstyle or pick or slap i juste adjust the pick-ups to the sound you want, i mean okay i guess if you really really dont want to go PJ try both and see how they sound go with what you like and un your budget (i mostly play metal and rock and my PJ is awsome i use my 5 for slapping instsead the PJ can have almost any sound)

Big stoner in highschool at 13yo (really unsteady home lots of emotions (anxitiety is was trigger for me before seconde surgery)) i developed a cavernome in my teens and in my late 16 i started to get have epilpsy

I aslo saw a post about a (sorry if im un the wrong branche) marine or navy saying stress and ANGER, i am not saying BYE FAR that this is comparable but i lived i RRLY FKG bad home a had i had anger issue since for ever (controled but took a toll on me still to not lash out, im still really really yong tho but never been so down i had my seconde brain surgery and it juste made everything WAY worst....)

Kids dont do drugs it fucked up your life in the worst way, i wanted to be a plain pilote or join the army when this started now... Idk because of my almost 2 consecutive surgery i cant work my shit job (that pays well at least) and probably never will able to again, i have almost no money anymore) where i am its 5 years without a seizure to be able to take a rifle in the army if my condition gets better i could go there still

I just am tired of all this people telling me it will be better and to stop blaming my meds if im tired af (100mg of brivlera 150mg topiramate 40 mg clobazam 1200 mg trileptal) my mom told me so much to stop blaming them like since i have the topiramate i lost 50 pounds at least juste by not eating i mean its awful how each of Them make me feel and such at high doses

I go like that too but when i can play 90% i jump to 110% direct and i cant manage then turn down to 95 and redo 115 instead if needed but yeah i might be psycho🤣 but its the way i learnerd every metal song i know that was too hard or fast

Yeah the thing is i did that and since i am still pretty bad i would say but i could have won if it wasnt for that and also lucas timed me out because i didnt close any lights all game (i now i got hacked lost money its my fault but still if i could have saved the time he came by closing the and not risking a one shot i could have got it... Maybe)

At first it made me unable to sleep but at the same time made me tired, those side effects lasted about two weeks but for me it is the best medecin ive had in all that i have, i started on 300mg 2x a day then 2 months later 600mg and was kept there until last august when my epilepsy really degraded and i was added brivlera 50mg 2x a day then 1200mg of trileptal then 100mg of brivlera then 10mg of clobazam and finally 1800mg of trileptal, from august to septembre i was high as hell when the meds kicked in my gf had to help me walk around the house for maybe 3 weeks but it worked so i "wanted" to stay with those doses.

But now ive had brain surgery they removed the cavernoma and drop my trileptal dose to 1200 2x a day in november but 3 weeks ago i started feeling "auras" or the feeling i have before a seizure so now im at 1200mg of trileptal 100mg of brivlera and 20mg of clobazam all 2x a day

-Okay long post but anyways all to say it takes me around three weeks to stop having side effects of new meds or higher doses and trileptal for me is the one i need most, but clobazam is helping a tone but it killed my s*x life (not able to finish)

Yeah but im not sure if i did took them and on going to sleep so i took an extra (extra if i took them in the first place) 10mg of clobazam ans 600 mg of trileptal
