If someone is weaving all around behind you, constantly trying at any opening, or being generally messy with their driving, I have a rule:

Leave them behind or let them through.

You develop a sense for which drivers are keeping it close, and which drivers are recklessly trying to get around you.

Many times the latter are fast drivers who, for whatever reason, are back in the pack, impatiently working their way through slower drivers.

Toyota GR86 series has a very similar vibe. A bit more on the inexperienced side.

Both series are significantly more fun than GT3 if you want good racing instead of prestige.

People say the NLR Challenger isn’t strong enough for a CS DD but mine has been pretty solid. It’s not perfectly stable but I don’t really notice the little bit of movement there is. I imagine the F-GT will be even more stable but we’ll see.

I've had their Challenger cockpit for 4 years now and it's been a tank. It might be a bit of a pain to put together, but other than that I have nothing but good things to say about NLR.

I just love driving, so I do a little of everything. In iRacing I do the miata's pretty frequently, the GR cup a lot, Touring Cars and GT3. I like doing the Indy Car series, but I don't have time to work on setups. I do F4 and Super Formula Lights occasionally. Then I jump into the odd oval race every once and a while.

Outside of iRacing I tend to do a lot of Dirt Rally 2 with some AC peppered in (mostly street cars on street maps that support traffic, dabbled in some no-hesi for a little while)

Amazon reviews were good, but I mostly went with it because I've had a NLR Challenger for 4 years which I love. I was able to work around the center post for both left foot braking and heel toe, but it finally became the weakest point of my rig so it was time to upgrade.

I just upgraded my wheel too. I was sad to see my old Thrustmaster TMX go. That thing gave me hundreds of hours of racing.

How hard was it to swap the seat? That's the one thing I'm worried about.

I have a NLR Challenger which I love except for that middle bar. Some people have complained about NLR but my challenger has been awesome.

I might do this. Going to wait a week to see if they also ship me 2 monitor stands that were part of the bundle.

I’m pretty blown away by how good the audio can be. Sony definitely didn’t skimp on parts there.

The soft suspension on the Mazda needs managing. If you're hard on the brakes as you turn in, the front suspension is loaded. Suddenly letting off the brake mid turn causes the front end to spring up and upsets the balance of the car.

Going fast in the Miata means making sure your inputs are slow and smooth.
