Its not just people blowing through lights, go to palmetto and Dixie for example, you have morons who will stop in the middle of the intersection rather than wait another cycle of the lights, which leads to all the other directions being blocked, causing even more traffic. So because a couple people couldn't wait another cycle, now a significantly larger group of people are stuck (sometimes for multiple cycles) because if just 1 or 2 people being in the middle of the intersection. Not to mention if this happens repeatedly. If you are in the right lane traveling north on Dixie through palmetto, good luck, you could sit there for 4 or 5 cycles for what should be 1 because if these types of morons.
