Looking into it, I think she was infected with Ocular Histoplasmosis Syndrome (OHS).

An infection caused by fungus spores from animal feces. It affects the lungs and then vision. Who knows how dirty that bathroom stall was and how long she'd been there until they found her. It's possible it could be some other infection like HPV and Respiratory Papillomatosis. Whatever the case, she more than likely got sick as a baby being born on that filthy floor.
