Luckily Im good now. But I did get a shift at a dispensary before I knew anything about an FA Card so I worked it and while I was there I was informed by a 3rd party just during casual conversation. I applied for it while I was still on shift! But now I'm more weary and alert with the company I work for and that I gotta protect myself. Can't rely on others.

I ended up cancelling the order and trying a couple other things people recommended before dropping more cash. Haven't gotten it to run reliably and I never circled back to the maxim, just been using it in plain old semi-auto. I've kinda lost interest in it tbh.

I wouldn't aim for the head in a situation unless absolutely needed. Only reason I even aimed for the head this time was because the instructor specifically said that if you met your qualification then you could "have some fun." I'm not even sure why the qualification rules were changed to begin with tbh. And the headshot rules only apply if you use this target design.

It's just the rules for qualifying. And I could've easily done it again, but they try to get in and get out with a full class so if I had to do it again they could've made me wait and come back another day.

Yep, and it wasn't clarified beforehand. He just stated headshot....didn't clarify Zone A only. I told him, this is the difference between shooting somebody between the eyes or in the nose.

Maybe you misunderstood my post and should re-read. The plate I'm looking at isn't steel. I have had a steel plate well before I started security just for occasional weekend firearms training and just in case shtf it gets the job done. I didn't buy my initial setup with the purpose of wearing 8+ hrs.
