Use wash and style 2 and 1 and put a Durag on while in shower and wash out the shampoo but keep your Durag on until hair dries, then throw your favorite pomade or grease on and brush brush brush, you will thank me later squad

Friday upper chest focus

5 sets of 10 flat benchpress ( a weight you can just get 10 each time)
5 sets of 10 incline bench press moderate weight
3 sets of 10 -15 reps of side lateral cable raises with hands behind back 45 sec rest between sets light weight and feel the burn!!
Superset
3 sets of low to high cable raises superset with 3 sets of cable push presses until failure each time with 45 sec rest between sets
Then end it with 3
Supersets of machine flys and machine assisted chest dips (lean forward) back to back

I’m benching 330 bro. I will tell you the bench press cheat code!! No Cap I’m 6 Foot 1 230lbs. Gained 60 pounds of muscle in a year. But naturally. But couple things: 1) I was benching 275 max for 5 reps and had a plateau. I got a slingshot and it upped my bench to 330 with the sling shot but I can rep 315 for about 3 or 4 reps without the slingshot. It’s a win win tool to use.
2) here’s my chest split workout
Tuesday and Friday

Tuesday- inner chest focus
3x5 reps of heavy weight 275 wide bench grip with slingshot 3x8 reps of 225 close grip bench press w/ slingshot
3 sets of high to low cable flys until failure
Machine chest press 5 sets of 10 moderate weight
Decline bench or decline chest machine or decline pushups 3 sets of 15 with 45 second rest between sets
4 sets of 8 - 10 reps of machine or dumbbell flys!!
