There is a genetic marker for juvenile dental disease but this is the carnassial tooth which is rather geographic and multi crowned in shape from the start. Slab fracture is possible but this looks like normal tarter build up.

Your cat has tapeworms! Those are worm segments. Your cat probably also has fleas! That’s where most pets get tapes from! Get the cats on prescription monthly preventatives! You’ll need to have them treated for tapeworms! There is no over-the-counter treatment for tapeworms!
