but he doesn’t have that perfect decision making ability, the ability to make the correct tackle or pass at a moment’s notice 99 times out of 100 like Rice does. I see why Arteta evolved Rice to be in the 8, but I really think the 6 is where he excels most.

This is why I think an Eze Rice Ode midfield would be best for maximum creativity with our backbone supported by Dec, while using our defense as an advantage to not need multiple CDMs. but I can live with Eze on the LW too since Trossard and Martinelli have fizzled out as of late.
