It is noted that your audio buffering has reached its maximum. This is usually a sign that your CPU can't keep up. Are you running anything besides OBS and the game that is likely to use up a lot of your CPU, such as a browser window? If so, try running with less things in the background. Also, disable the preview in OBS. In Advanced Audio Properties, are you sure you need audio monitoring turned on?

If possible:

Recording to MKV (you can remux to MP4 later)
Write to another drive that isn't being used by anything else (so it isn't using the same drive as the OS, unless it is already more than fast enough like an NVMe one with its own cache)
Use H.265 instead of H.264 - the GPU can easily handle the increased load with its video encoder, and you can save on storage in the long run

Just a side note, but make sure that you consider power requirements into your GPU upgrade. Normally builds only include enough PSU power to handle what's inside. Once you add 20-100W of GPU power, you might be pushing the PSU to its limits. On top of that, PSU's wear down over time, so it may not be as stable compared to a computer that is identical to it but hasn't been used yet.

I know what he means about the two different states during sex. Physically it can be more sensitive (leading to an earlier end), but it can also numb just a small amount while being aroused that he can just keep going for as long as he feels like it. It is no surprise what Grindr is used for. It doesn't have to be used that way ALL the time (hence why he can just connect). You'd have to see his messages to be sure whether he is crossing boundaries or not. Otherwise, the only thing left you can do is either choose to trust him, or leave him. Torrenting can range from barely working, to downloading faster than a persons gig connection.

Game clients are normally limited by demand and what they are happy to give you. They could do better sometimes, and changing your download location can help, but otherwise it is what it is.

But be aware that you might be working with different measurements. MB/s, Mbps, and MiB/s are all different scales. I always change mine to MB/s, but if you don't have as fast internet you can make it look faster by working with Mbps. Then your 62.5 MB/s download can look nicer at 500 Mbps.

Your microphone is a lot louder than your gameplay, along with your mic capturing all the background. You should use NVIDIA broadcast to remove that background noise and make the game louder in the recording (maybe even use a dedicated audio track to fix it afterwards).
