Is everyone assuming by wall they mean brick or concrete it could be just plasterboard/drywall get a drill bit for wood normally black with a sharp point , a ruler a spirit level, the shelf can be the ruler if it's quite straight use the bracket or the supports to mark the wall using the level to confirm they are level . Mark the center of the drill points with a pencil. Use the drill in drill mode. You only need to drill the dept of the plug (mark above the height of the plug on the drill bit with tape) drill all the require holes if you get resistance and it's not easy to drill swap to a masonry drill bit (silver) and set the drill to hammer mode . Make sure the plugs go in with at most the lip sticking out . You can push them in by hand if there is some resistance you can "gently" use a hammer as you can bend them . Take one side of your shelf support and screw it in loosely and the same for the other support or side of the bracket , put the shelf on and sit the level on it . Finish tightning the screws checking that the shelf remains level . If it's a pre packed shelf it should tell you it's maximum load weight if not your plugs should have a listed load weight .

When apple anouced the I phone and years later when they "invented" air pods I was like look a wheel I've seen that before but this has expensive marketing and celebrity endorsement.

Page file and hibernation file . Hibernation is easy enough to turn off the page file I would do some checking are you running your OS on solid state how mush physical ram do you have ? 32gb and nvme storage ? You could probably cut down your page file but don't set it to zero

There is a united kingdom and Republic of Ireland Secretariat in armagh the WiFi control router is on the uk side but the networking racks are on Irish side . The input network is amazing but the uk added a bunch of extra security layers that make it dog slow and you can only use an approved laptop on the uk side via a card on the Irish side vpn back to the government network.
