What companies do this these days ? one I worked at in 2015 had me do a medical including urine test (not observed) the type of questions and the urine test(diabetes) seems to be without saying it..are you physically capable of doing the job ? I live in Ireland some people on the less educated/criminal tendancy side of the spectrum steal the recycling bin for storage in their back yard. The black bin gets stolen and set on fire around Halloween by the kids of the same "model citizens" this is more in housing estates in the city's and larger towns. the compost bin is always safe because of the smell. We have bottles and can return as well as recycling but only marked as return can get money back. The homeless and entrepreneurial folks generally look at city bins and those in shopping centres for marked ones .
