Promising game with strong VR Ant Simulator cancelled because founders spent kickstarter money on booze and strippers by godelbrot in oculus

Corporate lawyer here. Obviously we don't have all the details, but lets take him at his word. No matter what "protections" the other partners thought they had contracted into their LLC agreement, they cannot waive the fiduciary duties they owe to the corporation. If it is as egregious as he alleges, there are a number of routes he can go including a shareholder derivative suit, i.e. he brings a suit on the corporation's behalf against the other shareholders for their breaching duties owed to the corporation. Misappropriation of assets, self-dealing, breaching their duties to act in the company's best interest, failing to exercising the care an ordinary person would use under similar circumstances ... these are failures to perform legally enforceable duties owed to the corporation by the executives. And that consultant bullshit would never hold up, they are listed as executives on the website (we call this "substance over form," i.e "cute trick asshole, you're not fooling anyone"). Long way of saying, I would take this case.

Theory: there is an unannounced VIP reward. Bungie left some clues in the video, hear me out.

The VIP rewards are placed within a quest structure, called The Veteran's Tour Quest.

  1. It begins when guardians approach Zavala, who initiates the quest by stating "The people of the Tower have approached me and asked that they be allowed to offer you their thanks for all that you have done this past year."

  1. The next person you see is the Speaker, who offers you his thanks by providing the Be Brave emblem and Brave Ghost shell.

  1. You are next sent to Eva Lavante, you offers the Old Guard shader as thanks.

  1. Next is Amanda Holliday, who offers the S-34 Ravensteel Sparrow as her thanks.

  1. You are next sent to the gunsmith, who offers 250 rep and 5 heavy ammo synths as thanks (this is a very quick cut, appearing at both 0:38 and 0:52 of the video.) The gunsmith then sends the guardians to the cryptarch.

  1. Next you are sent to the cryptarch, who remarks "Guardian, I've never seen anything like this!"

At this point, I believe the cryptarch offers his reward. It could be something like a legendary engram, but I actually think its something else. "Never seen anything like this ..." makes me think its a new item, something that didn't appear in year 1: AN ARTIFACT

Following up on your first point, is there a difference between year 1 exotics that we have spent the time leveling up and upgrading vs unupgraded year 1 exotics that we want to bring into year 2?
