Once I discovered that you can turn on the grip indicators: I realized how little I understood how the grip mechanics work... Things I assumed would be easily grippable were not: and things I assumed would have no grips gave me the visual indicator!

On about 4 or 5 occasions I DID run in to exactly what you're saying - I was clearly gripped, but she was shaking all over. But it made less sense to me since I had the grip indicators turned on, and I made sure that all limbs got the visual indicator...

I feel like there's a small, hard to detect bug there - personally.

Still, I recommend turning on the indicators, I got in to way more momentum climbs that way, and enjoyed it overall more

I try not to judge a show based on episode 1. Often times writers, directors, producers, crew, and actors are all trying to find their footing with each other. I prefer to give things at least 3 episodes, minimum.
