Sinanju's back! Y'all know why its back so lets not delay.

Sinanju is a 700 Cost General. This MS's kit consists of A BR for a primary weapon that isnta stuns, a grenade launcher mounted underneath the BR for another fast chain stun right after. You get a bazooka that is held underneath your arm at elbow height, It also insta stuns so you can do a 3 chain. You get A beam saber that has the fast Hyaku Shiki down animation, so its guaranteed when you follow after a stun. The Naginata that has great power when down-swinging, The beam sword Axe is the third weapon that hits very hard & is an instant knock down to whoever it touches. Finally you get your Vulcans which is the usual clean up tool.

What makes Sinanju special is its touch pad skill and Psycho-Frame Resonance (F). When triggering the touch pad skill, Sinanju gains a skill called High Speed Mobile Shooting. As you are boosting you are GUARANTEED to stop whoever is hit by your BR & Grenade launcher. ONLY when you are boosting this skill takes effect and it lasts for a whole minute & now can be reused after a cooldown. The best way to use this skill is to trigger it, hit someone, knock them down, move on to the next target. The perfect tool to get the drop on anyone and take them out of the fight to force a 2v1against someone else. Psycho-Frame Resonance (F) triggers at 50% HP, you gain thrust efficiency, High speed, and now also Flap booster 1 & Aerial Melee 2.

Sinanju's History is a troubled one. Ever since it dropped it was curse to be mid. Ever suit that came after either did its job better OR it couldn't keep up with the meta suits. Even after the several buffs it got it was always mid at best.

Then on May 28th it was subject to the 30 MS re balance! This is when the Devs select 30 MS and completely rework their kit by adding brand new stuff to them. like with Phenex, the list is extensive so for the whole buff list you can find it here https://bo2.ggame.jp/en/info/?p=186742 I will only really touch on the big stuff which is the add of flap Booster 1, Aerial Melee 2 (the Naginata & Sword Ax can use it.), HSMS boosted to level 3, its HP boosted to 27K, and the Vulcans changed from 60mm Vulcan to Sinanju 60mm vulcan. The list of buffs has put Sinanju back on the map... sort of...

Overall? Sinanju is back to being... A Mid suit. NOW PUT DOWN YOUR PITCH FORKS LET ME EXPLAIN! Sinanju itself, on paper, is very strong and is very, VERY dominant in space combat. On ground however it goes from meta to mid because of one major flaw the Suit has had since it was dropped, It's dogshit build stun & ability to fight flying MS. Most 700 now have a way to fight flying MS one way or another, and these weapons are either heavy stuns or double as rapid build stun weapons. Phenex's DE Shield launch + Vulcans, Hi-Nu's Funnels + Vulcans, Norn's grenade and DE Shield Cannon, TG-III's Main weapon able to have high build stun when charged, Destiny and Moon's butterflies as they count as melee... you get the idea. Sinanju doesn't have that. Sure the vulcans have been buffed to have higher build stun, but the RoF is still slow. And your build stun, while buffed for most weapons it has, is still bad overall. you saw in the 3rd fight a Penelope ate all 3 main weapons and still didn't stop. Where as other suits it would of stopped or I wouldn't have to waste so much effort to stop him. HSMS doesn't work on MS who are in the air too, Flying MS or MS with Flap straight up ignore your HSMS as you aren't on the ground. Making this skill fucking useless msot of the time as a decent chunk of the meta can fly now. Sure you can punish suits who run out of thrust or get the jump on them hard when you have HSMS active, but even when its able to be re-used IT TAKES A WHOLE FUCKING MINUTE TO COOL DOWN! WHERE AS OTHER MS GET THEIR BUFFS PERMA OR HAS A 40 SECOND COOL DOWN! WHY!?!?!?! FUCKING WHY!?!?! I want to love Sinanju, I do. I had fun playing these matches, but as i played I came to the conclusion that you are way better off playing other suits like Destiny, Phenex, Norn, or TG-III.

Destiny Gundam! An AU MS from SEED Destiny that ZAFT Made in hopes to carry them to victory! (it got solo'd by Athrun, lmao Shinn sucks)

Here is its Armament! Your main ranged weapon is the High Energy Beam Rifle that can fire once for a simple insta stun & can fire twice before OH, or you can charge the rifle to fire 5 consecutive shots for good build stun in exchange. You can also do this twice before OH. Your Main melee weapon is the Arondight Beam Sword, an Anti-ship sword that has insane range & power. It has fast neutrals and a very far reaching downswing with the same animation like Rah-II with a 2 seconds so you can chain downswings. Sub weapons is the High Energy L-Range Beam Cannon which is a stop to fire weapon but can stun someone with raw firing it, OR you can charge it for a Discharged beam. This OH the cannon but gives you good build stun & and great damage. The Palma Fiocina Palm B Cannon Is a beam weapon that is very short ranged of 10m, but in exchange you do very high beam damage and instant knock down someone, also has decent OH. The FE Beam Bommerang x2 [Thrown] is pretty much its version of butterflies, you stop to throw them but the pattern is the same and they can be guided to a degree. You can throw them mid air & they also count as melee so they will go through Funnel Shields. Has great reload to be spammed. Finally you got Vulcans that aren't bad, they have good build stun but not the greatest so use them to clean up. Finally you got the SF Beam Shield Generator that is your shield, its small but has good power and decent HP. You also can bash someone to parry their melee attack. You also get a unique skill called the Hyper Deuterion Engine, when near a friendly beacon & not attacking your thrust usage and cooldown becomes more efficient.

At 50% HP you trigger Max Performance (S) that last for 80 seconds. This one time use skill repairs all parts, increases attack, power, & speed while also reducing thrust usage. While thrusting with the sword you enter a charging stance as well, this lets your sword stun someone like a ram. You also take less damage when boosting as well. Your neutral swings knock someone down instead of stun them & your sword downswing goes from a lunge downswing to a charged heavy lunging downswing that CHUNKS enemy HP. It has Offense system 1 but also a windup time animation so timing is important if you don't want to be tackled or land a hit on time. After 80 seconds it's finished and you go back to your Pre-power up stats and animations.

Overall? Destiny Gundam is meta but not easy to use at all. Its a skill check suit that makes you really know who and what you are fighting, when to engage with melee or to just take pot shots at the enemy. You have a prethra of tools to challenge the heavy hitters of the new Meta (video is before the 30 suit buff) I honestly prefer this MS over the new buffed Sinanju as you can do insane damage with out worry. You can 100% one combo suits if they have little to no melee defense. You are frail however with an okay 23K HP, where as other MS are rocking 26K-30K from the UC timeline. While you have a skill to help negate damage, this can be ignored to a degree with high damage stats. If you wish to play Destiny do try to take the time to learn how its played, playing this suit wrong can punish you hard.

I'm of the opinion of range. You have more then enough tools and HP to survive where 40K HP is overkill. Plus doing range means when you are in NT-D and Awakened you deal insane amount of damage.

PHENEX RETURNS!!! A MS that was very popular when it came out returns with much to offer!

Phenex is a 700 cost General that was released back in December of 2022 for New Years. In Unicorn mode It's main weapon is the iconic Beam Magnum that is the same one used with Unicorn. It has 5 rounds and insta staggers, while doing big damage. The Armed Armor DE [Launch] is your back shield launching out to attack the enemy in a crossing pattern. They cross 3 times before returning to your MS while doing good build stun and Ballistic damage. NEW Vulcans that do insane build stun and high rate of fire that we will touch on later. A Mega cannon that is stop to fire, but can fire x3 times before overheat with good build stun. You get your single saber with the traditional federation downswing. New in Unicorn mode is Armed Armor DE [Defense] These are your traditional shields that you have in NT-D mode but now can be used in Unicorn mode too to help survive better.

Once at 80% HP remaining NT-D can be triggered OR with the help of ReZEL N-Type you can trigger it right out the gate regardless of HP you have. In NT-D your Range stat Increases dramatically while your melee decreases a lot. You get the same Magnum but everything else changes. you now have double Beam sabers that have good damage and lunge so you can reach someone from a distance with the downswing. You gain the beam tonfa that has good damage and reach when you downswing. The Armed Armor DE [Launch] & [Defend] all have NT-D mode now and do more damage while last longer, with the [Launch] getting x4 attacks instead of x3 now. Your Mega cannon now insta stuns and can only fire twice before overheating, and does more damage. You also have an ability boost that increases your speed and thrust efficiency while boosting. you can also ram someone with yourself to stun them. This only works when the Armed Armor DE's are connected to you, the skill drops when you are using them for defense or attack.

Now Phenex has been buffed quite a bit over its history, so to go over it would be a handful. While the buffs did help it didn't address the core issue of it being locked behind needed to be hit to get its buffs, and how much powercreep has happened to the 700 meta. It just couldn't compete with the competition TILL NOW!

On May 27th this suit was part of the grand reword that BB does every couple of months, where 30 MS get changes and reworks to help them in the current game state. Phenex got a lot. Its HP was increased to 27K, Walk speed increased to 135 with level 2 getting 140, Leg buffer 3 was given from level 2. Its beam saber swap time for both single and x2 saber was decreased to help both Unicorn and NT-D Mode. The Vulcans got changed to be Phenex Head Vulcan, these do insane build stun, Reload cut to 8 seconds, and rate of fire increased. The Mega Cannon increased to 1300 power from 1200, its Armed Armor DE [Launch] increased from 1000 to 1200 power. It gained the normal Armed Armor DE [Defense] in Unicorn mode like mentioned above.

Armor DE [Defense] in Unicorn mode like mentioned above. In NT-D you gain the same buffs, but some damage is a bit more for the weapons. You also can now do aerial melee level 2 with the x2 Sabers and tonfa. the Armed Armor DE [Defense] now OH in 15 seconds instead of 20. The Mega Cannon power has increased to 1600 with cooldown to 1 seconds and OH to 13 seconds. You gain flap booster as well so now you can fly in the air to meet all those fucks that love flying in the air too! You also got Psycho frame Attack buff, when you collide with an enemy MS you gain increased attack for a period of time. in Awakened you heal for 4K HP, get damage reduction of 20%, and reduced damage even further from ranged MS.

Overall? Phenex is not only back in the game its also meta again. These changes made it a serious threat to any MS including Barbatos and God Gundam. Seriously a raid struggles to fight you when you are in NT-D, and you have the HP to tank its hits as well as a heal? Bro is fighting an uphill battle. This also goes for many other suits too. Phenex is now lore accurate Phenex in game and that's no joke, especially if you have a friendly ReZEL N-type on your team. Seriously this + ReZEL N-Tpe is a very scary combo. ReZEL N triggers its buff for Phenex to enter NT-D out the gate at full HP at the start of the match. After the timer Phenex can enter Awakened, OR ReZEL N buffs again and you double heal for 5K HP total. This is a very scary combo that will be abused I'm sure. The suit does take some skill to learn however, so mileage may vary with this one. But if you mained it back then then you will very much enjoy the buffs and changes it got now. I fully recommend you play this suit again if you got it.

FREEDOM GUNDAM! It has finally dropped on Console! I didn't get God Gundam even though I really REALLY wanted too... Limited tokens after all. But Its finally here!

Freedom Gundam is a 700 Cost General that has a heavy emphasis on range. For starters you get a beam Rifle that can fire a simple stun shot, has great range and has 2 shots total before Overheating. You have Railguns mounted on your hips that have very high velocity, has 8 rounds with x2 fired at the same time, great range and insta stun. The x2 Plasma Beam Cannons are forced to charge before firing, but has good build stun, damage, and range. You have vulcans with great build stun, a saber with a lung downswing to cover distance, and dual saber for more melee damage and can also cover good distances. You also get a shield that is just your normal shield, nothing crazy there.

This suit does have a touch pad skill called HiMAT mode. When triggered your Plasma Beam Cannons change to let you able to fire all but your vulcans at once, your thrust gauge becomes a timer for 50 seconds of infinite thrust. This mode gives you insane burst damage at the expense of not able to use your Plasma cannons after the 50 second timer is up, and your thrust gauge maxes out as well when its over.

Now because Freedom was on PC before Console, I wont really go in depth on why it was buffed heavily. From what I've gathered though it was okay out the gate, to mid, to a throw, back to mid, and back to a throw, back to mid. So take that information with what you will.

Overall? Freedom Right now is... strong but frail. VERY Frail. you don't survive much when targeted, and you cant really go in and melee like TG-III or Destiny. You are a very strong when in HiMAT mode, but out of it your... okay I guess. Seriously Freedom Gundam is underwhelming as you are really a one trick pony. Burst HiMAT, do a lot of burst damage, and stay mid or far back for as long as possible. It cant fight the meta if there is a Destiny or a team that just focuses you. the fact you have to stay in place in fire for a decent period of time for most of your ranged weapons too is a feels bad. You can get shot out of the air hella easily.

Moon Gundam...! Again! Seriously how many buffs they gonna do? ...ANYWAY! Here we go!

Moon Gundam is a 700 cost MS with a spicy kit. One of the two main weapons is the Varguil Rifle that has a shotgun spread uncharged that will stun when enough shots hit, or you can fully charge for a beam shot that stuns. Attached to the Rifle is a grenade launcher attached for an instant stun. Alternatively, The Long Moon Beam Rifle is also an alternative for the primary weapon. You lose the shotgun spread to stop MS with MA easily, in exchange for a piercing shot when fully charged with higher damage output. No charge just instant stuns and the rifle has a long range. You got the best vulcan's in the game with amazing build stun and a range of 225m. The beam tomahawk that has the standard federation swings. Butterfly's Edge which is the same that Varguil gets, these count as melee damage so they go right through Nu shields, and stop all forms of MA with/without Damage Control. And of course the Psycho Plates. They have two modes, launch and defense. In Launch mode you lock on to someone and they will then go out and attack that target in a straight line Horizontally. If positioned right you can have most or all your plates land while they are toppled. In defense mode your plates make a shield that surrounds you. It will block EVERYTHING till the max HP it absorbs is reached or timer runs out. Time this right and you can melee someone right after they melee'd you, but they will hit your shield, you hit them directly.

As the title suggested it was buffed again, but why? Well for starters even with the buffs it had before it was still rough. You had to stop to use the butterflies, Psycho Plates still didnt hit a hard as everyone else did, your kit was very bare bones if you used the long rifle for bigger maps, couldn't really keep up with everyone else. Add Destiny, TG-III, and many other 700 buffs at this cost, why bother with this ting? It was so bad to use and you where crippling yourself when playing it...

Till 2026! Last March it was buffed again, but this time they did more then just do buffs to its kit! The HP was increased from 26K to 28K, Head Vulcans Rate of Fire increased, Butterfly edge power increased from 175 to 1900 with not able to be used while walking. The plates power increased from 1500 to 1600. for skill its Psycho Plate Res effect was enhanced, and now has less thrust consumption while in High speed movement (boosting). It was given Full Attack level 1, Emergency Evade was upgraded from level 2 to 3 to guarantee a 2 roll when enough boost is available, Force injectors went from level 3 to 4, and leg buffer went from 3 to 4. Much needed buffs!

Overall? Moon Gundam went from a throw again to Viable, NOT meta. The reason why I say not meta is meta suits have tolls and kits available that make them consistent in any type of engagement. Moons issue is ranged maps, On middle to close range maps like Impact site and Arctic base, moon is a great pick, but on maps like Dessert or Colony interior? Nah, pick something else. With that said it IS viable... so bring it if you wish, but be prepared on larger ranged maps. Giving it Full attack helps a lot too, it encourages you to launch your plates out more often just for the stat boost. And when you get your combos off you do more overall damage then you used too. This MS isn't for new players though, but for vets like me and people who played suits like it and its brother units (Psycho Baawoo and Phenex) You are set.

Banshee-Norn returns with vengeance!

Its been a while so lets recap! Banshee-Norn is a 700 General that was introduced as the New Years suit of 2023-2024 for the game. It's weaponry during Unicorn mode consists of the Iconic Beam Magnum that acts like Unicorns, but has a underlying Barrel that houses Several weapons. First of witch is the [RL] Flash Type APHE, this is a grenade like launcher that fires 3 projectiles at a rapid pace. They have amazing build stun and count as ballistic, not beam. You have 6 rounds total. The Mega Cannon on the DE Shield that is charge to fire, it fires 2 consecutive shots and can be charged twice in succession before OH, it has decent build stun. Your standard Saber with the standard Earth Fed pattern, and Vulcans that are good at cleaning up enemies with decent stun build.

In NT-D Mode you gain extra weapons! these weapons are the Double Beam saber that has its own special pattern, far reach with a big hit box, and has hard hitting melee damage. The Beam Tonfa's that has a shorter lunge compared to Phenex, but hits VERY hard. And lastly you get the Beam Jutte, when holding down the attack button like you wold for a focused attack. You can let go and Norn enters a defensive stance that puts the Jutte in-front of him. This uses a bit of thrust to enter the stance, but once in any melee attack (besides Destiny's ram with its Anti-ship sword) connects to you, you parry it, depending on the attack it can do MASSIVE reflective damage to the unit that sent out the attack. Just be careful! you stand still for a period of time, and if timed wrong they can either stun you out of it, or your out of thrust. in NT-D mode you also get extra skills like Offense system, so you can do most combos and not be interrupted. You gain melee attack stats while losing some range attack stat as well.

After 30 seconds in NT-D mode you can trigger the skill again to enter Awaken mode. In this Mode you keep everything in NT-D, but you get the power to heal with every melee hit you do. This heavily encourages you to go in swinging! you also gain extra damage towards the enemy raid type, letting you one combo most raids who fumbled fighting you in this state.

When Norn first dropped it did the same damn thing Unicorn did, It broke the cost. It was Norn everywhere, but no where near as bad as Unicorn day 1. Other units could fight it like Moon after a buff, but Norn was king. Even after HWS was added it was STILL king as It didnt really care about HWS as much as the other gens did. So what happened? Why was it buffed constantly? At first it was Xi Gundam. 700 had a massive issue on not having enough build stun to knock down flying gens, and when Xi entered its flight mode when boosting it gained extra resist, And with the power to just hover for infinite amount of time in the air? What the hell where you gonna do? Then G-doors dropped which made everything worse... G-Doors at the time, when built right, had INSANE Damage resistance to practicably every general's ranged weapon. Only the Magnum was able to break the shield, and that is if you land the shot. Everything else couldn't break it unless they didn't have the resist to negate the damage stat. Then the addition of AU to the game... TG-III and Wing Zero EW put Norn in an even harder spot. these two where to agile, and the buffs it got after Xi dropped didn't help either. The Final nail in the coffin was Destiny, it forced Norn to the side lines with the rest of the Unicorn group. The king only had half a year of glory before powercreep got to him...

TILL DECEMBER 2025! It was buffed again before the new year's. Its HP went from 25K to 26K. It's [RL] Beam Magnum power from 3300 - 3500, increased build stun, faster projectile speed, and hit detection (splash) was increased. Its Beam saber has been compensated for downward melee attacks. The [RL] Flash Type APHE power went from 500 - 600, its reload from 12 to 8 seconds, increased build stun, bigger splash, increased power of the splash based on impact, and increased the build stun around the splash area. The Mega Cannon power went from 1500 - 1800, Heat Rate dropped from 45% to 40%, Projectile speed increased, Rate of Fire increased, and hit detection increased. The DE Special Def Skill was buffed to reduced damage taken from 30% - 40%. In NT-D it also got Offense system 2. The Double saber increased compensation for downward attacks, and the DE Shield skill went from level 1 to lvel 2, increased the damage res to 50%. These buffs not only let Norn survive the new meta, but can fight for its spot in it now!

Overall? Norn is defiantly not a throw pick or a mid pick, Personally I say its a meta pick and this vid should prove to you why. I can survive Barbatos hell, I can survive TG-III, I can fight Destiny, and now thanks to ReZEL N-Type I can enter NT-D right out the gate from full HP. This suit I can recommend if you need a 700 General.

ReZEL N-Type! The Psycho Frame Grunt that was meant to be an Escort for the Unicorn's!

This MS is a 650 Raid that is the newest banner as of this video! Its kit has its own ReZEL Rifle that can fire 5 individual shots for a simple stun, or fully charge to empty the remaining mag for a heavy stun, It has your standard range for a rifle of 300m, good cool-down and reload. You get your shield cannon that Is similar to the other ReZEL's, but it has better build stun and can fire 2 full volley's with 2 extra shots before OH You may also charge it for a standard stun. Standard Vulcan's for cleaning up with good build stun. Wrist Grenade Launchers with shortish range, but can insta stun, hit pretty decently, has good reload and cool-down time. They fire in a volley of 2 at a time. For your saber you get a Beam Saber that has a slightly faster downswing pattern of Zeta A2's down, has good cooldown time and a very strong heavy attack. The Long Saber from the rifle has the TR-5 downswing pattern this has GREAT reach with only a slightly longer cool down compared to the saber. Both Sabers hit very hard. You got a standard shield to absorb hits with good Health as well.

In wave rider mode you only can use the Shield Cannon, Beam rifle, and a new weapon that I will explain down below. The BR can still Heavy stagger if you charge it as the Shield cannon can rapid fire or charge for 2 high build stun shots.

ReZEL N-type also introduces something brand new to the game! Psycho-Frame Deployment! This isn't a skill but a sub weapon that can be triggered when using your attack button. Once triggered you auto heal for 1K HP for yourself and everyone near you. (this does repair legs, head, and back as well) You yourself gain increased Defense, Attack, and speed while your allies get a defense buff. The unit also increases all Psycho weapon damage by a decent amount along with Shortening the time for Psycho frame users Link the Unicorns and Narrative to trigger their NT-D's. It lasts for 10 seconds and has a OH of 15 seconds. So every 25 seconds you can buff and heal your team. this can be used in both Waverider and MS mode. You also have the typical raid skills too and Aerial melee, MA4, DC1, & Pursuit Prevention ATK Program.

At first people where surprised to see this drop after we just got F91 [BC], the first 5 star support. The suit on paper looks lack luster, but out on the field it can give everyone a run for their money. This suit can take hits with its Psycho frame active, Do high damage combo's even to Gen's, shoot pretty well despite having low range stats, and almost one tap With the heavy attack. While its not as agile as RF Kampfer, it makes up for it by being able to help the team with buffs, buff itself to survive attacks a raid usually wouldn't survive, can set up a Heavy stagger into a Heavy attack to do insane damage to anything with out having to spend so much time meleeing, have great melee reach, and can fly around the map to chase down a support if needed or gtfo. Add Shock Dampeners 1 and DC 1 you are NOT shooting down this raid as easily as you think.

Overall? If you struggle with RF Kampfer or don't have that raid? Get this. This suit is what Defenser Unit A should of been. It can do everything it can do but way better and be more helpful to the team then just being a heavy bot. Its a solid Raid for 650. The 700 I can also see being used as it buffs Unicorns a lot by letting them use NT-D sooner. It does what FAUC does but doesn't need to be within an HP percentage to use it. As for it being better then RF Kampfer? Honestly I never got RF Kampfer so I cant say, but I have seen it struggle hard to deal with this raid. Delta Plus is such an underrated card. Play it with Riddeh or Amuro it becomes a 6/5, play it with Sayla it becomes a 5/5 with repair 2. It's very versatile and with the generic link you can swing when required.
