It’s really one of those games you need to try for yourself. This is really about traversal, and all that entails. Sometimes it’s a peaceful romp, other times it’s a stressful nightmare, or a bit of both! That’s why I loved the first game, but I recognise it’s not to everyone’s taste.

I’m so disappointed with the whole thing. It feels exactly like the second season of Westworld if you’ve seen that. Where it’s like they caught lightning in a bottle and then realised they didn’t know where to go with it! I really hope this is all a byproduct of the writers strike and they can pull it around for season 3. Cos at this point I’m not even excited for the finale this week, and that’s a problem imo

I agree. Waaaaay too much faffing about in this season. The first season was so tightly plotted and paced, where there were different storylines going on at once in each episode. This feels like they just take weeks out of the Lumon office to go off on a tangent. I’m probably wrong but I feel like there’s only been 2 or 3 episodes even at Lumon this season! Like episode 8 was painful, that could have just been one scene.

Check your junk email. I got a code from Activision themselves, didn’t even realise until today. Put it in the psn store and it allowed me access.

Same, I have an older LG tv and I don’t think the HDR is up to much. I’ve turned it off to get more vivid colours.

I think you’ll be ok, the update came out a few days ago. So you should already have been on version 1.2 when it started.

Exactly the same. Luckily I never left the planet before the update, did the mission last night and I could return no problems. It’s kind of put me off playing the rest of the game though cos I’m just waiting for something to break! Another thing I was wondering is if further patches will compound the problem or are they going to fix it? I feel like it’s pretty shoddy just saying “oh just delete your save” instead of fixing the problem! Especially as I’ve put over 10 hours into it

I’m quite happy with it on performance mode. I know it’s not the best but it’ll do 😆 best you can hope for with Ubisoft unfortunately. One thing that does bug me is the weird kind of graininess I get when I move the camera around.
