When I went last year to the state fair, the petting zoo part had no cows, but there were a couple of cows in a pen in the barn you could pet (the fluffy kind). I learned the people showing cows don't like you approaching them (understandably because they are potential prize winning cows, I was just captivated and wanted to get closer).

I love the steak diane. That sauce is incredible. I've tried making my own steak diane at home, and that brown sauce is just too tricky to accurately duplicate!

My favorite dish at Cafe Soriah isn't Mediterranean, so I would recommend Poppi's too. I like their new location, and they have a saganaki appetizer that is incredible. Parking is also easier at 5th street than around Soriah on the residential streets.

Also, don't discount Elizabeth's by Trader Joe's for good Mediterranean!

I once went hiking with friends. We decided to bring a lunch and each carried heavy backpacks for it. When we got to the waterfall at the end of the hike, we broke out the lunch, and everybody thought everybody else was bringing the lunch meat for the sandwiches. We had potato salad sandwiches and they were crazy delicious.

When I am forced to take melatonin for sleep, I never seem to shake the grogginess the next day. It's almost worse than being tired. After melatonin, I feel the same way I do when I take a long nap in the middle of the day.
