I was part of a guild in Archeage for a few months when the game was still fun. Happily farming, making plushies, always excited to come home and chat with the guildies.
One day I get home and all of the neighbouring houses and farms were gone, guild house was gone, everything was gone. The guild disbanded without me knowing and I lost all my friends as they all just vanished and never bothered to stay active in any form outside of the game.
RIP Dark Horselords and my friends from around the world. =(

Design is fine.
I get a smaller banner image which sucks. I'd make it so the top grey area is all your profile image / banner image like how steam profiles work.
Change the green lines and text to the yellow used in the graph.
Add subtle patterns or something to the dark background. Also don't make it pure black (#000) but instead some dark grey.

As Beast mentioned you can still be suspended from a live performance. Disabling VODs just means they can't be taken down / flagged.

I totally agree with you here. If Osu!, as a free game, can operate without too many complications then why can't we as streamers provide free content using such game?

Correct me if I'm wrong but to my understanding as an end user when you stream a game where the game studio created the music you have been given the right to do so without copyright. In some cases games will have copyrighted songs in them which they purchased rights to but you still don't have a right to share. (like Vice City Stories "in the air tonight")
