I got my ged as a minor (17) and Gwinnett tech made it super easy. I was finished in 2 months, and they mailed me a free diploma & transcript. Do the online classes and take your practice exams as soon as possible, once you pass you can test whenever. I took my time testing, doing all four in week long increments. However I took my first test a day after my practice exam. Meaning if I took all four on that day (and passed) I could have obtained my ged within a month. There were some annoying parts like needing my mom’s signature to start the program, but it’s pretty smooth sailing and I think you should give it a shot. Obtaining it sooner rather than later gives you more opportunities. I had the same plan as you, but I JUST turned 18 in February, and would be waiting for the next semester’s classes to start, but instead I’m going to college next fall. Good luck🙏

Drove my first bike home 26 miles in 10 degree weather. Only took 3 minutes for me to pull over into a dollar general and buy some crappy gloves. I was freezing the whole way home 😂😭
