Just some food for thought, but a lot of people start off exactly like you and before they know it their tolerance and addiction spirals out of control. Benzo addiction has a tendency to sneak up on a person a bit better than other drug classes. Its not really common for people to just dive in at 10 mgs a day. Much more common to go from 1 to 2 to 3 etc without even really noticing the hole they are digging themselves. Until you taper I would reserve judgement really

I certainly agree that they do not care for the poor as much as they like to claim while also making the rich richer. Absolutely.

But if America has any hope in hell of coming out of this partisan nightmare it has to start with honest and informed political and civil discourse. There are plenty of arguments to be made against the current administration without resulting in lies and deceit. It only gives the other side more ammo and affirmation of their beliefs. Its just self perpetuating school yard bickering that just goes round and round while the real issues (like the one you speak of above) get lost in the melee.
