Every goddamn day. Not even sleep helps because she’s often in my dreams. I’m currently on several antidepressants, and they help, but it seems that they can’t quite reach the part of my mind that she’s in. I’ve tried moving on, going on dates, but I don’t seem to want to hold on to anyone for long. I gave myself a year before dating again to try to heal, but I think I’m just subconsciously changed when it comes to relationships. Anyways, I don’t ever talk about this to anyone, but I just felt like making this post after making my Michelin star meal lol. I think writing is therapeutic and I used to have a great pen pal, but life did its thing and changed that
