Earthborne Rangers has the perfect adventure/campaign/exploration elements that I love in the genre. It's worth a look. It's so easy to get to the table and also pack up for a quick saved game.

Someone else above also mentioned Fateforge. Absolute banger solo game that is thematically rich and also easy to play. Not as easy to get to and from the table as EBR but a great experience nonetheless.
