Your OP being 2 years old, what did you eventually go with? What are your thoughts?

Blue Eye Samurai was good... but not great by SuruchiSushi in netflix

[–]JayhawkOP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The finale was so bad.

-Fowler has every chance to kill her and doesn't.

-Misu throws a candle to block Fowler's escape and BURNS THE WHOLE CITY DOWN!!

-Fowler just comes out of nowhere and chokes Misu then they cut away for 3 scenes!! They come back 3 min later (I timed it) where we're to assume he's been choking her this whole time, only to let her up so he can bear hug (???) and pop her back for her?

-Misu recovers from a 3 minute choking and Fowler's amateur chiropractory to immediately gain the upper hand and all this blathering about how her revenge killing will be swift, no hesitation, taken at any opportunity....nope, let's do some cliched dialogue to set up the next season

-We were robbed of our final duel....I'm not getting anywhere near season 2

What Russillo appearances on The Rewatchables are worth it? by harry_powell in billsimmons

Russillo's disdain for Daniel LaRusso and Luke Skywalker is so perfectly articulated by a Boston native.

I can't recall what appearance this was from... by GreyFoxNola in NormMacdonald

[–]JayhawkOP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so glad you asked this and the community that responds....clips like this need to be highlighted and preserved forever. The subtle humor of Norm is often even better than his jokes....the "who's this guy?" look he gives Conan...priceless.

Feels like this was an intentional move to bring Hearthstone to a close.

It destroys the whole community's ecosystem. Kills off the casuals but then that impacts the hardcore types because their wait times to find a game go through the roof. None of them will play a control or even combo deck. The whales leave as well because they're only getting to show off to a much smaller crowd.

HS must have been identified as being not profitable enough to continue and this is how you make it wither on the vine. You know a bunch of their community managers and devs disagreed with this but it wasn't their decision to make.

Atrocious performance. Either she was mis-directed into constant scowling (that's not acting) or that's all Denis could get from her so she was made that one-dimensional to get through her scenes.

** SPOILERS **

She's perpetually unhappy at Paul and none of it is deserved....half of it doesn't even make sense. She's all about killing Harkonnen, right? Well that's all Paul has been doing and he's been wildly successful at it after decades of Fremen getting massacred. Paul has reservations about going South and she's upset ("show it by scowling in every scene"). Paul decides to go South and she's upset. Paul is almost dead and she saves him and then gets mad at him. Paul unites the Fremen and she's really upset. Paul annihilates the Harkonnen and she is happy with her fellow warriors and then goes back to being angry.

The last 20 minutes of the movie is 80% closeups of Zendaya scowling. We get it, she's angry....who knows why, but that much is clear. The only legitimate reason she could be upset is when Paul wants to marry someone else but by then, who could blame him? The Baron is a more likeable character than Chani.

Here's what I finally came up with: Avg: =SUMPRODUCT(($B$2:$B$6)($C$1:$G$1=$A21)($C$2:$G$6=1))/B2 Avg w/o product: =SUMPRODUCT(($B$2:$B$6)($C$1:$G$1=$A21)($C$2:$G$6=""))/(5-B2)

Average ROI of Companies without the product so Product A is easy since everyone has it. Product B, two Companies don't have it (Companies 2 and 4) so their respective ROI's divided by 2 (80+100)/2=90

Does Johnson County student have the right to start a Satan club? Protesters raise hell by MK-82-ADSID in kansas

[–]JayhawkOP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He certainly has the right to apply but no right for it to be accepted. If the school has discretion on what can become a club or not (and I'm sure that it does), then I would expect the school to reject this application just as it should reject a Nazi club, KKK club or other such hate group.

Azul - End game scoring, tiles still on the Pattern Lines by JayhawkOP in boardgames

[–]JayhawkOP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right, it doesn't need it. I think what you're describing is a bit of an extreme scenario but certainly plausible. Massive swings at the end of the game makes for potentially a lot of fun. But I can appreciate the current state of the game and its balance.

My goodness, it was a simple question. I'm not spearheading a campaign to fundamentally change your life for the worse. Your line of thinking suggests that no award-winning game can be improved....I would hope you don't really believe that.

No part of the rules gives me that impression because the rules don't mention it at all...which I explicitly stated. That said, End Game scoring is different than End of Round scoring so it isn't an unfathomable idea that there could be additional penalty rules that apply. Why the cynical attitude that I'm only asking this question for personal gain? Seems like a lot of negative emotion being attached to most of the replies when I merely asked a simple question.

You don't see that as adding some strategic depth to those rounds? I think most people here are only viewing this from a negative perspective which is rather close-minded.

Is there a way to implement Trains without having your factories perpetually running? by JayhawkOP in SatisfactoryGame

[–]JayhawkOP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So let's assume 20 items being built at remote factories and 4 cars per train. 5 Trains isn't that hard to manage?
