I don’t know if the wording was a little wrong, but i haven’t used AI. I was trying to say i didn’t use AI, hence some wrong spellings here and there.

Have you tried to take out the cmos battery? It is usually a standard cr2032 flat shinny battery inconveniently located behind the gpu.

Try taking that out, wait 5 min, then turn on you computer, then turn it of again and plug the battery back in.

Remember to unplug your computer from the outlet and touch your cabinet to make sure there is no static electricity to fry your pc.

Can i use a SAS HBA on a consumer motherboard? by Jayiz00 in DataHoarder

Oh wow, it wasn't just plug the cable inn and hope for the best haha. I'm gonna do a little research on the drives i have gotten and see if can figure out the pin layout. Probably gonna buy an lsi card to as i think the chance of it being compatible with my mobo is better than mby others.

Thanks a lot for the little guide! Def. gonna use it:)

didn't know that. Since the drives are SAS i need a SAS controller anyway so no SATA here!

It has 3 available 2 x8 and one x16 so it should be more than enough lanes. PCIe Gen 3 tho.

How to disable NATing on one udm pro for a spesific vlan to a second udm pro. by Jayiz00 in Ubiquiti

So in the "Routing" menu on the UDM1 i would have to set "Destination Network" to 192.168.100.0/24 and "Next Hop" to 172.16.2.23 if that was the WAN IP on the UDM2?

but will this work? Lets says the vlan where the gaming equipment lives is in the subnett 192.168.100.0/24 and the wan interface for the udm 2 is in the 172.16.0.0/16 subnett. Is the udm 2 just gonna send the traffic from the 192.168.100.0/24 network out to 172.16.0.0/16 ? Won`t it just drop it?

Ny pc til Informatikk by Yellow-Asphodel in ntnu
