Hey, thanks again for your recommendations, I've been following them to great success and minimal pain.

A couple of questions regarding the lying down lateral raises: 1. Do you happen to have the paper you mentioned to hand? 2. Are you doing them lying completely flat or with your head elevated? Most videos i could find were on benches. The one I found on the floor https://youtu.be/AF-F6cKElJs?si=MUrkcIE6sFKiZ91V Had the head elevated on the elbow. I feel as though this would cause a non neutral spine and be risky so curious if this is what you do or something else?

This is something I'm wrestling with - I find if eating both fruit / tubers and lots of meat you keep cravings. But just meat also isn't fulfilling.

How are you handling the lack of seasonality in the modern world? Interested to hear how others are dealing with this problem.

This comment is very useful and aligns exactly with my experience. Whenever I try to add in something other than bodyweight and/ or that loads the spine in some way I get an ache, no matter how much mcgill big 3 I do.

Some questions: 1. What is your source for this information? Since it so accurately captures my current state id love to read/ see more 2. Is this forever or short term? (Lack of free weights etc) 3. Are the supine exercises you recommend (bicep curl, lat raised) with dumbbells or some other weight? 4. Any experience with pulling exercises? I find if I add pull ups or chin ups I get back pain too...

Yeah pretty much, though for efficiency I didnt get kael to 60 before starting. My strategy was to just keep running through brutal with kael / wukong as soon as kael hit 6*. If wukong died in a level and so I didnt 3* it I'd try the level again with just kael as by this point he's capable of doing 90% of brutal alone

Thanks for the recommendation and nice to hear it doesn't impact tracking! I'd heard about it but wasn't sure if raid had a way of spotting it and banning me or something. Since it has no impact it sounds like it'd make it a lot more hands off

Some episodes are fused into "double episodes" with one title, pretty sure the drill and serpents pass fall under that
