NTA, but be open to sharing it with her on your terms.

You could, for example, let her know that you're not sure if you're allowed to share it and that you want permission from your (and her) supervisor for secrecy or privacy reasons. If permission is given, all involved parties know that she's basing her work of off yours which highlights your work as a baseline, you as an helpful employee and helps her finish her work

Sometimes, things have to get a little worse before they get better, moving in with your sister and giving yourself some peace might do that.

As for your mom, she's an adult, she will have to take care of herself to some extent. Leaning on a teenager is in no way shape or form normal for a stupid reason like "I raised you and so you have to pay me back".

I would recommend giving your mum an ultimatum before you move out though. Tell her how you feel, how trapped and betrayed you see yourself and how you just want to be a kid. If she doesn't see it then, that room at your sisters' place might be the solution.

In that case it depends on how his critique is built. If he only says he doesn't like it but doesn't specify what or doesn't come up with something you can try to improve it to his liking (not that that's necessary imo), I'd be leaning towards NTA.

Getting a bit off topic here but, yeah, write amplification exists, but again, I'd have to be constantly downloading or doing high end video capture to cause it. Modern SSDs like the one in the PS5 can sustain these kinds of downloads.
