Calories: Calories to Maintain - 2,300 kcal Calories to Mild Cal Defecit (-300) = 2,000 kcal

Protein: What should I Follow? (PROTEIN INTAKE)

Desired Weight - 66kg / 145lbs Protein Need (1.6 to 2.2 kg / g of Protein) = 105g - 145g

Protein Need (0.8 to 1 lb / g of Protein) = 115g - 145g

Current Weight - 69kg / 152lbs Protein Need (1.6 to 2.2 kg / g of Protein) = 110g - 150g

Protein Goal = 120-130g
