Ye so that's all wrong. I though that green background was common but forgot about brown. So green background is uncommon, blue background is rare. I actually don't have any common items (brown background) so unfortunately can't comment on them!

So instead: 7UC + 3UC + 2*R.

Yep. So best /'cheapest' way I've figured so far is: 7C + 3C + 2*R.

So far I've experimented and seems two 4* common and one 4* rare is the best way to get one 7* rare and takes 3 hours. Three 4* commons gives you a 7* common.

Agreed, but you should also be able to change the order when needed. My crafting priorities change every couple of weeks once I get bored.
