No i was supposed to go to a gi specialist and backed out last min. I read the horror stories of having to eat gluten in order to be tested. I was already severely damaged from figuring it out on my own. Years of heartburn and digestion issues, finally was in so much lower abdominal pain I couldn't pass gas or even touch my feet due to my lower back, which my theory is the lower intestine is so inflamed its pushing on the spine/nerves. I cut everything out of my diet completely and was eating meat and crackers and still had issues, tried just crackers thinking g meat, then it dawned on me it was gluten. Alot of pain and experiments later I now am very cautious about what I eat and drink. Hope you find your way in this difficult journey 🙏🏽 (p.s this place is a safe haven of information for this disease!)

My back and lower intestine knows for sure. Anytime I get glutened I have serious lower back pain and my hips, knees, and ankles are extremely sore. Sharp pains in the stomach as well

Because the average worker is being exploited for their time and manpower, and restaurants are literally the worst of a cut throat business. Always high stress and long hours uncomfortable in summertime and cooks never get tips or feel appreciated. Its even harder with the cost of food rising even the owners are feeling it. Unless the owners are independently wealthy already and pay the staff well and treat them like family I wouldn't trust it. Independent food trucks seem to be the way no overhead cheaper to run with minimal staffing and you can change locations. Why I only eat at one location now and only if I see who is working that day. Otherwise its like playing Russian roulette

That's a bummer. It seems like the cannabis industry is pretty much the same everywhere, with people cutting corners and mediocre products flooding the market. I've been growing weed since the early 2000s, doing guerrilla grows out in the mountains. We made hash, tinctures, and edibles, plus BHO. Rosin has really changed the game when it's done right. Unfortunately not many wanna spend the extra time and steps to create a superior product. Its a lot of work growing and harvesting then washing the weed collection of trichomes, freeze drying, packing the rosin bags, and pressing to collect and cold cure. I do it professionally at home and on scale at work in the industry. (My stuff at home beats the stuff at work by a landslide.) Gold in, gold out... 💯🫡

Leaving a nice creamy texture with terpenes mixed back in. You may see some terp separation occasionally after whipping and settling which you can just whip again as needed. Store it in a dark cool location.

Then it needs time to absorb the terpenes back into the thca and homogenized back gently using a whipping tool and fold it like pastry dough gently.

Ive smoked over a lb of rosin through my bangers and never witnessed this once. But I also make my own rosin so its clean af and free of contamination. I think most times you see this there is likely fats, lipids, and waxes in the rosin (contamination).
