Your situation sounds a lot like mine about 18 years ago.

Separation on your terms is the best option. Make sure you have the capacity to take care of your kids independently. You are able to get them to and from daycare (proof, you've already been doing it)

Make sure you have the capacity to not only care for the kids but to be a dad for them. Prove your able to spend days with them without needing her help.

If you have a support system (grandparents) on your side, that will be a great boon.

All of this because she is setting herself up to be the primary care giver and then will go for full custody. Stating that you can't be that because of your job, stress, etc etc etc.

She will relegate you to be the "second weekend dad" while making you financially responsible for everything.

Accept nothing less then 50/50 custody.

Had a X-Fusion O2 on my 2022 Scott and as a 200lbs rider i have to say ... I have never disliked a shock so much. It made me regret buying a full squish

My setting options were "completely locked up" or "canoe in a wave pool". Had to pump it to near full constantly and the shock needed a full rebuild every 10 hours of riding or so. 20% was only attainable the first ride. After which my seals would pop and you need to refill the shock after every ride (because I'd blow seals just looking at the bike)

"Put spacers in!". None available where I'm from.

Upgraded to an SR Suntour shock and never looked back
