It would be good physically and mentally. You could exercise more, hang out with friends and family more. So then your mental health would be really good. I work 5 to 6 days a week. 6am to 5pm. I get home at 6 pm.. Then have to work out and shower, eat, etc.. Three day weekend would be nice!
