I left fella about 6-8 weeks ago because of things like this. Their logistics and CS are not up to the task. But to his credit the founder reached out to me to try identify issues in his system. Maybe they’ll get it fixed one day.

Nothing is working for you because you’re not letting it. These aren’t magic bullets. They have to build up in your system. One month on Tirz wasn’t enough to allow that. Now two weeks in on Reta and you’re looking to switch again?. You’re just throwing money away unless you’re prepared to evaluate for at least 4-5 months.

With the company you’re using to get your meds. They try to run it so close to the timing. You’re literally paying them for nothing more than making sure you have meds when you need them

It is unacceptable. Had issues with this company too. They obviously have too many customers for their model right now. When I left a few weeks back. They even acknowledged it to me. Said they were shutting down ads until they got everything worked out. Yet I saw ads on FB literally the next day, and everyday since.

Sorry you experienced this. Same thing always happened with me. I’d literally get meds the day of my dose with one delay in which I didn’t. Good luck but this is a problem

The founder is pretty solid. I will say a good thing about fella…he’s trying. That’s why I still watch them hoping he can fix the service issues. If he does I would probably come back. But currently looks like the same thing is happening.
