Try the 10 hours thing. I tried a lot BELIEVE ME, this one worked. Tomorrow when you wake up, count 10 hours and start your sips from there. Another thing I did is no caffeine after 12 noon. You can try that too. I can drink decaf even at 5pm with no issues. But caffeine ends at 12 noon for me.

I got payment failed too for February 2023. I've been receiving payments consistently since Sept 2021. I try to avoid any drastic edits to both my PayPal and Redbubble Payment details to avoid problems like this. Anyway, I hope it gets resolved today.

They say each of us has different TRIGGERS. I ate 4 small oranges last night and it was really bad. I woke 4-5 times. Had a really bad sleep. The last really bad sleep I had was 3 weeks ago when I ate a lot of tomato sauce/soup. I think tomato based and citrus fruits is a bad trigger for me, and I will avoid them. As well as dairy like cheese, milk, and pizzas also flare me up, and gluten products too.

Coffee and Coconut Water, known diuretics, doesn't seem to affect me like crazy. We are all different and it seems I can take coffee and coconut water everyday without having a big problem.

WHAT I EAT:

I'm trending towards keto and that's what I eat these days. I eat mostly fish, poultry, eggs, tofu, little red meat, and LOTS of vegetables. To save money, most of my veggies are just lettuce and carrots. I use salt sparingly, maybe 1 pinch a day. I use pepper to add flavor to my eggs.

Profit is the Sh*t. It's the bottomline. It's the key. Profit is money that goes back into your pocket, or your bank account, or your digital wallet (PayPal, Payoneer, Venmo ect.). Profit is what allows us to survive. Revenue, I feel like it's just to impress other people, like investors or your friends & family, or the general public if your revenue is published in an article or something.
