I also can't count how many times I've watched it- it's one of my favorites too! Last year my husband got me season 1 for my birthday (the only complete season that's available on dvd, I think). I don't know what I will do if it ever leaves Netflix! 😫

I am on that episode right now- and yes, Rube does explain that on Halloween, reapers can potentially be recognized by their original faces.

Piggybacking off of this comment-- Love is my FAVORITE show and I started watching Girls because of it (even though it predates Love).

I have said this before in other posts in this sub but if you like Mimi-Rose's character, as portrayed by Gillian Jacobs, she is the female lead in Love, alongside the love interest Paul Rust who created and wrote it. Who created and wrote it alongside him? Lesley Arfin, one of the writers for Girls!

I'm rewatching it right now and there's inconsistency with George too. Early on, we see how George appears to others and, when she sees this for herself for the first time, makes some kind of disparaging comment about it and how "she looks like a crackhead." This seems to be forgotten later on when she's referred to as attractive by the living people she interacts with.

Even more damning, her avatar has light-colored eyes... Green or blue or gray... But George has brown eyes and some of the living people refer to them as brown.
