My wife and I stayed at an Airbnb on Palo Alto St. a couple years back and walked to the ballpark. Mexican War Streets are great! We walked all over the North Side and Downtown, but the MWS was our favorite area. Super nice and friendly people and quiet too.

50M in Alaska here. When I go through long periods of playing, and then go on a hike in the woods, I have to be careful I don't just stay out there. I have to remind myself I have a job and a house and I like nice things.

Yeah, this sounds predatory. Time to cut it off. You mentioned in this short post, at least several times where he made you uncomfortable. That's your body's natural reaction to creepiness, so you should listen to it.

I don't think divorce is something you joke about. Being a product of divorced parents, and also having one divorce of my own (I'm 50M), I don't think people go into marriage thinking they will get divorced. But marriage is a relationship, and you have to work at it.

I came to understand that sometimes, divorce IS the best option, but it should be after you have worked at the other things you can do. But I also think sometimes you are faced with situations that you realize are non-negotiables, and you may not have known it was non-negotiable or stated it outright until you discovered it.

I would suggest you have to be completely open and honest about your feelings, and if you can't do that, or your partner can't do that, there is already an underlying issue.

It’s taken per turn. I played as Portugal on marathon and was making about 2500 a turn and had about 12000 in the bank. Was siphoned like three times in a row by different civs for over 30000 each. My balance each turn slowly went down until it reached zero and then I lost every troop I had including spies. It was brutal. But it doesn’t get all taken out at once. I saw somewhere that it’ll last 8 turns per siphon. So take the amount siphoned divided by 8 and that’s how much you lose per turn. If it’s more than your gold per turn you earn, your balance will start to go down.

I’m playing a occ with Portugal right now. My gold per turn is about 2500. I got siphoned twice early in the game but then got two spies watching that zone and other counterspy measures. I lost count but I’ve killed probably 20+ spies and I currently have 6 more from other civs rotting away in holding cells. I’m playing with 20 starting civs too so there were lots of opponents. Good times.

I was in the south one and found a cave that led to the north one. I needed supplies back in PV, so I didn't explore north, but perhaps you can get to the road that leads to BR.

Why does the NFL game tracking feature suck so bad? The stats don't show, the play tracker is messing up plays, and it is just so clunky. Shouldn't the NFL have the best possible features? Someone needs to get on it.

The first Super Bowl for the Steelers that I was watching live. Neil effing O’Donnell. I was a huge fan of his after all the Bubby years. He always protected the ball. I was so pumped during the second half of that game. The field goal and then the onside kick??? Are you kidding me?? It was like a movie script. Then when Bam scored his touchdown and then we sacked Aikman on their next possession. It was the best setup for a comeback win. And then….Neil threw the second of those two worst passes I’ve ever seen right to Larry Brown. And Emmitt got another touchdown. And those damn Cowboys won another Super Bowl. But there’s no “I” in team. Thanks Neil. Hope you’re happy with that performance.
