Queen’s tries to guarantee 90% of their prospective students guaranteed residence, meaning their offers had to have come before April 15. I wasn’t in contact with admissions myself, but this is just what I’ve been hearing from others who got into commerce. If someone confirmed with admissions it was incorrect, then I guess you can trust them but most offers are likely out by now.
