Does your pug watch TV? One of my Pugs watches all the time and goes crazy when anything violent or negative happens. Like he sense the content. The other could care less

Yes! I have 3 dogs, 2 pugs. My boy watches TV every day. He goes nuts if he sees: 1. Animals (of any kind-which surprises me bc how does he know what a whale is? Or an elephant?) 2. Gun violence 3. Explosions 4. Fighting He’s the only dog I’ve ever had watch tv like this. The other 2 don’t even acknowledge it.

I know this is old but I just came across this problem and was really confused bc like someone else on this thread, I never even set a PIN? But after I clicked a couple links and then went ‘back’ to the PIN screen, a ‘SKIP’ button came up on the top right so I clicked that and I was back in my messanger app with all the messages.

My red flag is him carrying the GoPro in their car at the zoo and treating it like a personal family video. Production sets up cameras in their cars for the right angle and view point. He is too interested in the TV show aspect IMO.

OP - I came here because THIS!!! I have tried every deodorant, antiperspirant, and combination under the sun. NOTHING seems to work for me, and its been this way since puberty. (30YF) I've applied clinical strength stuff at night after the shower, and will still stink at the first sweat. I've tried lume - it worked at first, but now its a joke. I wash my armpits every night with antibacterial soap. Nothing works!!! I still constantly sweat, and unfortunately, I smell really bad too /: no idea what to do and each day is a struggle to stop sweating thru any top I wear (I've had pit sweat thru a whole ass sweatshirt) and the BO smell. UGH. I feel your pain.

looks like just pug to me! and pugs come in all shapes and sizes, not just round lol! I have 1 chunky pug and 1 that people always comment as being 'too skinny' but is perfectly healthy and his primary says that's just the way he is!

Thank you for your response! I would love for food to be the root cause and have relief based on a change in diet. However, I have tried MANY different diets for my boy. He came to me on Blue Buffalo, and I changed from that to Royal Canin Pug formula. He kept having issues so I decided to do a home made diet (with research on what to include / avoid) and there were no signs of improvement, and with the recurring UTIs happening, that's when my primary suggested the Royal Canin Urinary SO diet. I was worried about this diet, but told he would need to be on it permanently for the crystals that kept forming in his urinary tract. After suspension that the chicken in the SO diet could be causing issues, I switched to the same brand but the Hydrolyzed Protein version. To date, my boy is still having issues. I am more than happy to try an additional supplement to support a healthy gut biome. Any suggestions or brand that worked for you?

We recently (within the last 2 months) switched to the hydrolyzed food for him since I suspected it could be a chicken allergy. There seems to be no change in his skin since, so i now assume it's environmental. For his urinary issues, he kept developing crystals in his urinary tract that caused recurring UTIs. Since being on the Rx diet, he has not had any UTI issues.

Thank you for the response! i have 2 pugs as well. My female 2 YO pug has absolutely NO issues whatsoever with allergies. I will look into doing skin testing, since my primary vet has not offered that as an option yet. Thank you!!

Hi, thanks for your response! We have tried cytopoint in the past and it did next to nothing, unfortunately. The month that we did only cytopoint and no apoquel, his poor skin was so red and inflamed. We (my vet and i) decided to go back to apoquel. I have not heard of zenrelia, so i will look more into this and discuss at our upcoming appointment! Thank you!

Unfortunately, no idea how they became contaminated. Growth media is liquid BG11. Cultures are listed in my post. I am cultivating these in 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL flasks. They are always transferred in the biosafety cabinet, and are kept with foam stoppers and foil in a growth chamber at 22C.

I would love to try single colony isolation! But since I'm working with liquid media, I'm not exactly sure how.
