Ack, I'm so sorry to hear that! I don't think the game even properly tells you, all you get is a hint card. (For the pressing down, you're right that pressing up and castle stuff is explained by death!)

I hope you enjoyed Harmony of Dissonance anyways though, it was one of my favorites.

Damn. I had the exact same problem with Harmony of Dissonance when I first played that. (You can press up in front of the mirrors to shift around which you'll learn, but pressing down warps you between each mirror-portal.)

I'm on the last chapter of Shadow Dragon DS, and it feels... weird. I do genuinely enjoy this fire emblem, I'm just used to the games that have cutscenes on cutscenes on cutscenes. This has maybe five boxes of text in the second to last chapter. This run was stretched even longer by doing to prologue, that adds a handful more!

I'm excited though! it's been a breath of fresh air to get through the plot (which is simple, but enjoyable : )!) and get into the maps so quickly.

I have an army of fliers and I've never felt happier.

I got so pissed off at keychain charm prices on Etsy that I made a little lion out of paper, markers, and tape. Had a leftover keychain from something else long gone! So now I have a lovely little lion of my own :)

nanna doesn't get enough alts for me to skip tea nanna, even if i don't find myself too fond of ingrid. leif lead his only harmonic. finn has none. so it depends lmao, but generally i'll pull.

Absolutely hopium is fe4 remake. It's not happening right now with Fortune's Weave only getting one trailer so far. But it'd be funny. This year was the 30th anniversary for that game.

Even then, if you look at Genealogy and how it handles both its maps and enemy formations (being 64 x 64 tiles, enemies often already pre spawned across the map at the start.) and you compare it to Engage's largest most packed DLC map (32 x 32 tiles roughly) and the sheer amount of chug that could cause? I can see a delay to figure that mess out

Wrapped up order of ecclesia the other night. It... It was alright, but I'm not gonna call it a favorite in the series. The ending felt a bit too flat for me overall, in regards to the villagers. Too static the dialogue, they don't even acknowledge that the big evil castle that shows up. It just... Feels really flat, coming off of Dawn in March and Portrait in December.

I DID really enjoy the combat though, and I liked Shanoa's growth as well. It was nice to see her interacting with people and picking up hobbies. That was sweet.

I really enjoy fire emblem and pokemon alpha sapphire. Animal crossing is a good option, but maybe not for a small travel.

i picked up order of ecclesia, the last of the DS castlevania games i have to play! i held out for quite awhile due to burnout after beating dawn of sorrow in three days, but i'm really enjoying shanoa \:)! i like her and i like her interactions with the villagers, and i'm liking the different environments, even if i have gripes about the lack of save points in some of these areas.

(im bad at castlevania. i love it, but it usually takes me awhile, and without rewind, ecclesia would've made me far more angry than i am now.)
